Pre-Construction Manager - Civil Engineering - Infrastructure Projects Your new company : A leading civil engineering main contractor based in the North West, delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across highways, structures, public realm, and water sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative culture, they are now looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an experienced and driven Pre-construction Project Manager/Planner. Your new role : As Pre-construction Project Manager/Planner, you will lead the planning and programming of tender stage bids, working closely with estimators and bid writers to develop winning submissions. You’ll take ownership of the methodology, phasing, and logistics, producing NEC-compliant programmes using ASTA Powerproject (training can be provided). This is a key role in shaping how projects are delivered from day one.
