Key Responsibilities :
* Driving the delivery of the product strategy and innovation roadmap
* Leading new product development from concept through to launch
* Using market, consumer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities
* Owning product briefs and working closely with internal teams to bring them to life
* Partnering with commercial teams to ensure product performance and profitability
* Managing product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing and trade activity
* Conducting range reviews, competitor analysis, and ongoing market mapping
* Acting as the go-to expert for product across the business
Main Knowledge and Experience Required :
* Proven experience in Product Management or NPD within FMCG or consumer goods
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and insights
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
* Strong project management skills & flexibility to work on numerous projects at once
* A proactive, organised mindset with a passion for product and innovation
