Location
The role can be based in London or Knutsford.
Purpose of the Role
To create core processes, manage workflow, onboard software, maintain relationships with third parties, and support career development and education to scale design efforts.
Accountabilities
1. Manage operational processes to ensure team workloads are effectively managed and delivered.
2. Implement operational change initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
3. Analyze processes and workflows to drive continuous improvement, capturing stakeholder needs through surveys, testing, and data analysis.
4. Develop and implement training programs to promote the Insight and Design Centre of Excellence.
5. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including product, technology, engineering, and design.
6. Stay updated on best practices in design methodologies and operations, supporting training and capability development.
