Love messy play, tiny hand-holding, and songs on repeat? This one’s for you.
We’re looking for caring, creative, and confident Nursery Nurses to join our Early Years team in Brentwood. If you’re the kind of person who knows the words to every nursery rhyme and doesn’t mind a bit of glitter in your lunch, you’ll fit right in.
This is your chance to make the early years magical for little learners—helping them grow, play, and find their spark every single day.
-----------------------------------
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting babies, toddlers, and preschoolers through structured play and learning
* Helping with nappies, mealtimes, and the all-important story corner
* Creating a safe, warm and inclusive environment where every child feels seen and valued
* Observing and recording children’s development to share with the wider team and parents
* Pitching in with your team and bringing your energy to everything from painting to parachute games
-----------------------------------
What you’ll need:
* Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or EYFS setting
* A warm, patient approach and plenty of enthusiasm
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
-----------------------------------
What you’ll get:
* Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella costs
* FREE CPD including early years training, safeguarding, and SEND
* The chance to complete our FREE Thrive training and support children’s emotional development
* Flexible work – choose full-time, part-time or ad hoc shifts
* A local consultant who’ll get to know you (and send you to settings that suit your style)
