We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC 5-Axis Machinist to join our dynamic production team. You’ll be responsible for machining complex components from a range of materials, primarily on our 5-axis CNC mills, ensuring exacting tolerances and consistent quality in every job.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and set up 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce tooling, moulds, patterns, and components.
Interpret and work from 3D models, engineering drawings, and CAM-generated toolpaths.
Ensure quality and accuracy of machined components through inspection and measurement tools.
Perform routine machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime and material waste.What We’re Looking For Essential:
Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and CAD outputs.
High attention to detail and pride in precision work.
