About the Role

We are looking for passionate, committed, and diligent Nursery Practitioners. Your role will be to promote the nursery, provide world-class customer care to our parents, and ensure children's individual needs are met in a group setting.

What you will be asked to do:

Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their well-being at the centre of focus.
*
Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
*
Communicate with the parents, complete observations, maintain records, and note next steps.
*
Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
*
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
*
Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures, and principles.
What you’ll need to succeed:

A passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
*
To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
*
A level 5 (Grade C) or above in GCSE Maths and English.
*
Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
*
Strong communication skills and a brilliant team-player attitude.
