* Hours: Full-time 8:30 – 15:30
* Pay: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour

* Job Role: SEN Teaching Assistant and Nurture Support
Your responsibilities:
* Have a calm approach but be able to confidently demonstrate behaviour management strategies.
* Help create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, other professionals, including the SENCO and parents.
* Deliver engaging interventions to SEN children, identifying any gaps.
* Commit to the wider life of the school and the community of the school.
* General Teaching Assistant role, assisting with delivering lessons and sessions to small groups.
* Have an understanding of children’s needs, including a knowledge of SEN and additional needs.
* Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them in order to support their needs.
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Relevant experience working with children, within a school setting, preferably children with SEN needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Have a passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
* Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Enhanced DBS – assistance provided if required
* Strong behaviour management techniques.
