Responsibilities
1. Prepare and assess costings for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services across multiple projects
2. Manage commercial relationships with clients
3. Forecast project costs and report on budget variations
4. Review contract terms and highlight commercial risks prior to project start
5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legal standards
6. Support client satisfaction by managing quality and care expectations
7. Prepare and submit loss and expense claims as required
8. Conduct final commercial evaluation post-project completion
Person Specification
9. Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry
10. Strong understanding of contract conditions and commercial processes
11. Financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
13. Organised, deadline-focused, and proactive in a team environment
