The Role As Chef de Partie, you will:
* Produce and present high-quality dishes across multiple service styles
* Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
* Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menu development
* Support and mentor junior chefs within the team
* Manage stock control, ordering, and waste efficiently
* Work collaboratively in a professional, well-structured kitchen
About You

* Are an experienced Chef de Partie or an ambitious Demi Chef ready to step up
* Have a genuine passion for fresh, quality ingredients
* Thrive in a fast-paced yet supportive kitchen environment
* Hold Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
