In this role, you lead the Accounting – Record to Report Lead function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and act as the key link between internal stakeholders and our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) RTR team
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact for the Business Process Outsourcing RTR team
2. Prepare manual ad‑hoc journal entries and corrections
3. Perform analytical reviews of the balance sheet
4. Validate balance sheet reconciliations
5. Review and validate WHT and VAT reports
6. Prepare GAAP reconciliations
7. Draft and submit local statutory reports
8. Provide information to tax authorities, regulators, and external auditors
9. Provide information for Transfer Pricing documentation and disclosures
What we’re looking for:
10. An accountant with at least 3 years of relevant experience
11. In‑depth expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including month‑end closing and financial reporting
12. Experience with audit support and compliance with internal controls & risk management
13. Ability to work independently, with strong self‑motivation and accountability
14. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and process optimization
