You will be working as a key part of the finance team working alongside the Finance Manager and the Accounts team. Key Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk: Processing purchase invoices to ensure timely payment to suppliers. Processing Purchase Orders. Maintain accurate records of all transactions within the Purchase Ledger. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies as necessary. Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports. Stock Control - Liaising with the Store Manager to keep up to date with stock and to oversee financials over this.
