We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants in West Drayton for a specialist setting supporting students with SEMH needs, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), and complex emotional profiles.

About the Role
This provision works with students who have struggled in mainstream education due to:
1. Anxiety and depression
2. Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
3. Trauma and adverse childhood experiences
4. Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
You will play a key role in helping students rebuild confidence, develop emotional regulation, and re-engage with learning in a safe, supportive environment.
