Sous Chef - The role
Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, performance-led meals
Lead kitchen operations on a day to day basis
Ensure all food is prepared in line with dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety compliance
Support inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or equivalent within a professional kitchen environment
Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, particularly within a sports or health-focused setting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
Food hygiene certification and relevant culinary qualifications
