Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 17:00
Location: Gillingham, Kent requires travel to other sites at times
Salary Range: £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, multi-site organisation? Were looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT team and take ownership of delivering robust infrastructure support and driving technology change across our UK sites.
What you will be doing
As a 3rd Line Support & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. From hands-on support and troubleshooting to deploying new servers, routers, and firewalls, this is a varied role that requires both technical depth and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd line BAU technical support across 8 company locations
* Lead and support IT infrastructure projects including on-premise server builds, Office365 tenant migrations, and networking installation and configuration.
* Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure)
* Proactively monitor servers, applications, and hardware
* Work closely with 3rd party vendors and internal teams
* Mentor junior technical staff (1st/2nd line support)
* Improve infrastructure reliability and document solutions
Who we are looking for
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* 5+ years in a 3rd line or similar senior IT support/Infrastructure role
* Experience with ITIL frameworks
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
* Networking protocols and tools (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
* Cisco Meraki (switching, firewalls, wireless)
