Block Manager - Hitchin
Newstaff Employment is recruiting for an experienced Block Manager to join a successful property management company based in Hitchin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of developments and play a key role in delivering high-quality residential block management services.

Salary £30,000 - £37,000 per annum + benefits
Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (some evening client meetings required)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage an allocated portfolio of residential buildings and developments
* Deliver efficient and accurate day-to-day property management services
* Ensure compliance with Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS, and ARMA regulations
* Oversee building maintenance and resolve property-related issues
* Attend evening client meetings as required
* Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and residents
Essential Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years' experience as a Residential Block Property Manager with portfolio management responsibility
* Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Act, RICS, and ARMA guidelines
* Good understanding of building maintenance issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage client relationships
* Proven customer service experience
