Key Responsibilities: Support the Buying team with administrative tasks Upload documents to purchase orders Extract and work with data from SAP reports (training provided if needed) Communicate directly with suppliers via phone and email Assist with general procurement administration tasks Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel Comfortable learning and using SAP (training available) Confident communicator - phone skills are essential Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documents accurately Ability to work onsite once per week (Thursdays mandatory, especially during initial training) Preferred working hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or similar BPSS clearance only - no higher-level security clearance required Interview Process: Single-stage interview (onsite preferred)
