Our client is currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in the Petersfield area. Key Responsibilities Identify client requirements through telephone, Request Portal, and e-mail communications. Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive Work Orders in a CAFM System to deliver KPIs. Liaise with clients, helpdesk, and contracts managers to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner To compile and issue the engineer's job packs, including permits Work with the helpdesk team to manage reactive and planned work Work with the Engineer supervisors and engineers to ensure client satisfaction To plan and oversee the day engineers Cover weekend callout as per the Rota. Undertake any other duties as requested by the Line Managers.Skills/Qualifications: Good IT skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Numerate with good analytical skills and communicate with clear written instructions. Able to lead, self-motivate, and supervise your own work schedule to achieve targets and a high standard of service.
