About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Assistant to join our team at HMP Oakwood, a category C men's prison located in Staffordshire.
Hours
The site currently offers 5 hours per day.
Weekdays: 7am - 12pm; Weekends: 7:30am - 12:30pm.
Bank Rate
£13.73

Responsibilities
* Support the registered nurse in providing patients with personal care.
* Be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
* A non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good IT skills and IT literacy.
* Ability to work within a busy environment.
* Ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
