About the role
As a Talent Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent team by assisting in the identification, sourcing, and screening of associates Tecknuovo. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the talent field working in a fast paced scaling organisation.
About the Talent Hub
The Talent Team at Tecknuovo plays a crucial role in meeting the demands of our Delivery Hub to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality associates. We function as consultants to our various hubs, keeping them well-informed with the latest salary and market information.
Key responsibilities
• Sourcing of new associates who align to the values and behaviors of Tecknuovo, with exceptional technical skills
• Respond rapidly to the demands of Delivery Hub, ensuring we continue to meet the demands of our clients by providing effective teams and individuals.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening CV’s, phone screening and scheduling interviews
• Assist with candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
• Oversee our associate Alumni group, ensuring exceptional talent continue to be a part of the Tecknuovo family.
• Maintain databases to ensure candidate data is accurate and up-to-date
Experience required
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service is a plus
• Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
