Development Role via Social Worker Apprentice Training Course
The successful candidate will be supported to complete the Level 6 Social Worker integrated Degree apprenticeship.
As an apprentice Social Worker, the candidate will attend teaching days at University and complete placements across various mental health and social care services, providing diverse experience and fulfilling all requirements of the BSc (Hons) Social Work programme.
The role involves developing and maintaining knowledge, skills, and competencies related to Social Work through an apprenticeship program.
While training, the candidate will work within the service as a Social Work Apprentice, reflecting their learning in the role.
Eligibility
You must meet the following criteria:
* Grade C/level 4 (or above) in GCSE English and Maths or functional skills level 2 (equivalent to GCSE C)
* Ability to evidence the capacity to study at a Higher Education level
* 3 years UK residency for University admission
* Level 3 Qualification
Upon successful completion of all apprenticeship elements, including End Point Assessment, there will be an opportunity for a substantive registered Band 5 post within Social Care.
