Job Description:

Overview

As a Business Development Representative for France, you will generate top-of-funnel, qualified leads through outbound prospecting and marketing follow-up. Business Development Reps are part of the Regional Inside Sales Hub, focused on business development for Zebra’s core and expansion portfolio. This role is accountable for and measured against lead generation and sales targets. It is an office-based (Hub) role, with prospecting done through proactive research and engagement via phone, email, or other virtual channels.

Responsibilities

* Manage outbound prospecting to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), leveraging Zebra sales tools.
* Present Zebra products and solutions as appropriate.
* Research designated accounts, gather prospect contact information, and identify key personas and decision-makers.
* Engage and qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools to track activities.
* Collaborate with Regional & Global Sales Teams to align prospecting strategies and route SQLs effectively.
* Use CRM data insights to inform prospecting activities and reporting.
* Share best practices and learnings within the team to foster a collaborative sales environment.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
* Continuously update knowledge on company offerings to address customer needs effectively.
* Implement feedback and coaching to enhance sales techniques and results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum Work Experience:

* 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* Moderate domain/solution knowledge.
* Ability to apply Solution Selling concepts.
* Basic technical product knowledge.
* Understanding of Solution Selling and customer objection handling.
* Know when and from whom to seek guidance.
