As a Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to keep the entire hotel, its staff & guests safe and happy.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Key Points about the Role
* No two days are ever the same in this role; often, you won’t know what you’ll be doing until you come in on the day.
* You can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty; you could be unclogging a toilet in the morning and up a ladder painting a wall in the afternoon.
* Health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must to ensure everyone's safety.
* You will complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs, getting a professional out to help when required.
* Train our new staff to be as wonderful as our current staff.
* All Heads of Department partake in the Duty Manager rota.
* When staff leave, you’ll be able to recruit new talent for your team.
* We are one team, so we will all muck in from time to time, helping each other across departments.
