Are you an experienced Kitchen Fitter looking for a hands-on role where your work has a real impact on people’s homes and daily lives? We’re looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our Property Services team, delivering high-quality kitchen installations and maintenance work across Oxford.
As a Multi Trade Kitchen Fitter, you’ll play a key role in transforming and maintaining domestic properties. Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you’ll undertake full kitchen replacements along with associated trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and wall tiling. You’ll also carry out a range of general maintenance repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
1. City & Guilds qualification in carpentry or plumbing, or significant relevant experience
2. Proven experience in full kitchen installations and domestic maintenance works
3. Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and tiling
4. Experience using power tools and plant equipment
5. A solid understanding of health and safety practices
6. Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 penalty points)
7. A flexible, team-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
8. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work respectfully in occupied homes
