Job Summary:
As Content Manager for International Motors your role is required to ensure brand and commercial messaging is communicated efficiently across core channels including, but not limited to, website, social media and CRM.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for understanding the most impactful and creative way to communicate with our target audience, within the defined channels and in keeping with the brand identity, of each of our Passenger brands. You’ll keep up with the evolving landscape of digital channels, competitor activity and creative trends to recommend what is required to stay relevant and secure maximum engagement.
Your goal is to create engaging content to deliver brand KPIs. Commercially, you’ll be expected to own content calendars across multiple brands and channels, balancing the need for organisation and creative flare.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing and deploying content and creative campaigns across all brand channels, in line with campaign and commercial objectives.
* Create, own and deliver content strategy across all brands
* Own and maintain channel and content calendars for all brands
* Collaborate with stakeholders in Campaign Management, Sales, Events and PR to ensure consistency and manage conflicting messaging
* Work closely with Head of Brand Marketing to develop campaign visual identity in line with brand visual identity
* Manage and lead Content Executive to support delivery of plans and achievement of KPIs
* Manage the production of artwork, images, videos, text required for all areas of business
* Brief creative and production agencies to deliver high quality content, on time and in budget
* Ensure all content complies with relevant legal or industry regulations (e.g. copyright, advertising standards)
* Define best practice within each channel, working with agencies where necessary to set standards for each brand
* Explore new content formats to increase engagement and reach
* Support with the maintenance of brand websites ensuring content is in line with brand and commercial campaigns
* Work with agencies to manage the social media output for each brand
* Audit implementation of campaign content across channels, including Retail Partners
* Monitor campaign KPIs and report back to stakeholders, make recommendations for improvements
* Identify opportunities to repurpose content and extend its reach across channels
* Manage asset systems for each brand and communicate rights and usage for each asset
* Identifying ways to optimise content development to increase efficiencies in resource management
* Liaise with sales teams to ensure reactive campaigns are delivered in line with commercial requirements
* 6 years’ experience within marketing department or marketing agency, preferably with motor industry experience (not essential)
* Success in improving channel KPIs due to content creation is critical
* Success in delivering cohesive content strategy across multiple channels is critical
* Experience in managing and enhancing digital marketing channels is critical
* Ability to analyse data, formulate messaging and communicate information effectively.

* An interest in motor vehicles - EV experience is an advantage.

* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
