About the Role Media.Monks is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager to manage creative and adaptation projects for an iconic automotive brand. In this position you will lead projects from end-to-end using your solid planning, coordination and communication skills. We are after a true team player who knows how to manage successful projects whilst safeguarding cost and quality, and has experience working at the intersection of client, creative and production/delivery teams. Responsibilities: Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social and digital. Steer teams and projects with great care, organisation and confidence. Key point of contact for the client, you should understand business KPIs, drive meetings, and lead overall project communications. Together with the local Content Lead you'll be the interface between Media.Monks & partner agencies and the client. Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touchpoints. Manage the full day-to-day: brief creative, legal processes, manage production and delivery. Ensuring the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements. Scope, plan and quote, and have them validated by internal stakeholders. Source assets from the client's DAM, log usage rights, and organise project files and documentation for creative and production teams. Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally. About You The essentials: 3 years of experience coordinating projects as PM or Account Manager in advertising or agencies. Clear and strong communication skills. Proactive, genuine, and direct way of communicating across cross-cultural teams. Experience managing projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth fast-paced environment. Experience in delivering assets at scale, working with production teams and delivering to media partners. Experience in content production, able to manage small scale local social shoots with the support of the team. Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders A strong sense of urgency, you never leave problems unaddressed. Impeccable eye for design, quality and detail. Team player and self-starter with an unbreakable positive mindset. Critical and never afraid to ask the right questions.
