Job Overview

Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in all dishes served.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, presentation, and food safety practices.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality by fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the hospitality sector.
* Previous experience supervising staff and managing kitchen operations is essential.
