You'll play a vital role in overseeing the production process of chemical plant facility by monitoring equipment and ensuring the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant. Purpose of the role The shift process operator is responsible for overseeing the production process of a chemical plant facility. The goal of a shift process operator is to monitor equipment and improve the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant.
