About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive professional to join our team as a Group Lead – Lecturer in Fashion Retail to lead and teach on our Level 2‑3 Fashion Retail courses.
As a Group Lead – Lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching, assessment and feedback, ensuring students are academically challenged and fully prepared for the fashion industry. Your work will support student progression, drive engagement and help learners build confidence and skills needed to succeed.
As a subject specialist, you will contribute to module delivery, model excellent teaching practice and play an active role in a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
We are looking for a multi‑disciplinary professional with strong industry knowledge and passion for education. The ideal candidate will be a confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills and genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring and inspiring others.

About You
* Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional experience. Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment is ideal but not essential.
* Experience: Extensive industry experience in your subject area. Previous teaching experience desirable but not essential; professionals looking to transition into education are welcome.
* Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of subject specialism and the fashion industry landscape.
* Skills: Ability to deliver engaging, industry‑relevant learning activities and assessments. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills in a fast‑paced academic environment.
* Values: Strong commitment to supporting all learners to achieve their full potential and to contributing positively to a student‑centred learning community.

Salary
Part‑Time FTE 0.525 – From £17,010 to £18,900 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.
Full‑Time FTE 1.05 – From £34,020 to £37,800 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience.
