Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for the UK Head of Reporting and Financial Analysis. The role oversees all financial responsibilities for departments within the UK Head Office, supporting management accounts, overheads, budgeting, and forecasting, and may involve future acquisitions and integrations.
Responsibilities
* Own all overhead costs for specific departments, including monthly prepayment and accrual calculations in the finance system.
* Produce department reporting for financial planning, reviewing and investigating variances between actual and budgeted/forecasted results.
* Build relationships with commercial departments and act as a business partner for financial queries.
* Calculate and manage figures for quarterly budgets and forecasts for selected departments and cost lines.
* Present monthly finance reports to direct line manager and senior finance teams.
* Support group and statutory audits for relevant areas.
* Engage in project work and support group initiatives.
* Assist with the integration of new subsidiaries.
* Provide ad‑hoc support to the wider UK finance team as required.
Qualifications
* Qualified ACCA or CIMA.
* Minimum three years of experience in a similar finance role.
* Excellent IT system skills, particularly MS Excel.
