Responsibilities
* Report to the Equity Partnership and have full executive authority over the firm’s strategy, operations, and growth across multiple regions.
* Work closely with senior partners, guiding the firm’s vision, strengthening international offices, and positioning the organisation for cross-border success.
* Blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive financial performance, scale operations, and lead growth initiatives across the UK, UAE, and the wider African continent.
* Shape culture, integrate multi-office operations, and capitalize on global opportunities.
Qualifications
* Ideally you will have operated at this level before, but what matters most is strong strategic judgement and commercial acumen.
* Credibility with senior professionals and the confidence to lead complex international growth projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.
