The role
As a Department Support Clerk, you’ll provide Accounts & Admin support to meet customer needs at Air Command and RAF High Wycombe. Your responsibilities include:
* Processing daily transactions on Sage
* Maintaining Funds turnover spreadsheets for audit and a master list of responsible persons
* Keeping records electronically in SharePoint
* Deputising the Station Cashier
* Handling routine enquiries and briefing the Accounts Manager on unresolved matters
This part-time, onsite role is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm.
Essential experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
* Ability to work within timeframes
* Customer service experience

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance. Eligibility may be affected by nationality, citizenship, or residency.
