Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
This role involves advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law within the EMEA region. Responsibilities include handling employee relations issues such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. Additionally, you will advise on regulatory projects including Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and the Modern Slavery Act.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with at least 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is a plus but not required.
