Your Responsibilities
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across all phases of development and construction
* Lead trade onboarding, contract negotiation, and procurement of materials and services
* Manage building permits, servicing agreements, bylaws, and disclosure documentation
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track safety, forecast costs, and identify project risks
* Ensure smooth handover to property management with full documentation, warranties, and manuals
* Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture across all active job sites
What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience managing multi-family wood-frame residential projects
* Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code, Warranty Legislation, and Condominium Property Act
* Experience using ERP systems (HomeFront or similar) and scheduling tools (BuildPro or similar)
* PMP certification is an asset
* Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
