Job Title – Maintenance Engineer
Location – Rugby
Shifts – 3 on 3 off and 2 on 2 off Days and Nights Panama Shifts, including 2 weekends per month.
Salary – £49,500 plus overtime and training opportunities.

Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities
* Reduce equipment breakdown duration and frequency by carrying out fault finding and planned preventative maintenance on automated production line equipment.
* Perform mechanical fault finding on conveyors, monorail systems, and pneumatic equipment, primarily replacing components like-for-like.
* Conduct electrical fault finding using a multimeter and reading electrical schematics. Responsible for site preventative maintenance and responding to ad hoc repair requests during shifts.
The Candidate
* Completion of an electrical/mechanical maintenance or engineering apprenticeship or qualification.
* Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding.
