The Role Scope
Lead the development and optimization of our multi-language, multi-currency e-commerce website, ensuring a localized and personalized customer experience. Translate business needs into effective, market-specific websites and features.
● Product Vision and Strategy:
* Act as the CEO of the website product.
* Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to define vision and roadmap.
* Conduct requirement-gathering to align the roadmap with business strategy.
* Work with IT teams to define requirements and manage scope.
* Prioritize projects based on business case and impact.
* Stay informed on pricing and competitor offerings across markets.
● Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Lead UX/UI designers, developers, and QA testers to ensure a cohesive experience.
* Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with objectives.
* Manage sprint activities and report progress.
* Provide updates on product development.
About You
* Ability to define and communicate a website product vision and roadmap.
* Translate cross-business needs into clear requirements.
* Prioritize tasks effectively.
* Manage product backlog and sprint processes.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
* Use data-driven insights for decision-making.
* Experience working with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Curious and inquisitive mindset.
* Organized with multitasking ability.
* Experience with e-commerce web or mobile applications.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles for mobile platforms.
