The ideal candidate will be ready to start immediately, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure a seamless transition into the classroom. Day-to-day of the role: Take over the existing Year 4 curriculum, ensuring continuity and stability for the students.Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet curriculum standards.Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.Assess and record students' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.Collaborate with other teaching staff and contribute to the school community.Adapt quickly to the existing classroom environment and school policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching in a Year 4 or similar primary school setting.Ability to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract.DBS on the update service.Strong classroom management skills.Excellent communication and organisational skills.
