YOUR ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, tenacious, and self-driven Director of Business Development, leading our Ground & Rail Business Development Team. This high-profile role involves developing, delivering, and executing the BD strategy, focusing on generating new business and growth opportunities.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting to the Managing Director for Ground & Rail, you will lead a team of experienced BD professionals, driving a high-performance culture. You will develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within prospective customer organizations, managing deals from conception to implementation. Leveraging your transportation sector knowledge, you and your team will create demand through compelling value propositions and rationales, understanding clients’ strategic and tactical needs to align capabilities and solve business challenges.
We seek a determined, self-sufficient, courageous individual with excellent networking, communication skills, and a dynamic hunter mentality.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of sustained growth, pipeline development through strategic planning, and experience in competitive markets. You should have a consultative, influential selling style, experience in developing value propositions, and the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level. High self-confidence, initiative, and commitment are essential.
You will be an exceptional leader with experience in building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Business Development Managers, fostering a hunter mentality.
