£38,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Home-based with regional travel (Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, East Midlands)

Compass Associates are excited to partner exclusively with a notional provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This home-based role is central to the organisation, providing Positive Behaviour Support across services in the Nottingham / Mansfield region and wider East Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Support staff teams and managers in implementing PBS strategies, offering coaching, mentoring, and tailored training.
* Develop, review, and implement Behaviour Support Plans that reflect individual needs and goals.
* Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.
* Collaborate with service managers, and families to maintain high standards of care.
* Lead initiatives to reduce restrictive practices and enhance person-centred care across services.
* Act as a regional PBS specialist, influencing service quality and staff practice across multiple residential and supported living settings.
Skills & Experience
* Degree-level qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (ABA backgrounds considered).
* Proven experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and/or Complex needs.
* Experience delivering training and mentoring to multidisciplinary teams.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across your patch.
