We are looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to join our growing team and help shape the future of our residential children's services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while supporting the development of high-quality, safe, and nurturing homes.
What you'll do
* Provide professional supervision and support to the Registered Manager
* Ensure the home complies with Ofsted, safeguarding, and care standards
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
* Oversee audits, inspections, and continuous improvement plans
* Support staff recruitment, training, and professional development
* Ensure children's needs are met with safety, independence, and participation at the centre
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Residential Children's Home Manager
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
* A passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
