Who you are / Qualifications
* A candidate who demonstrates our core values and puts the customer at the heart of everything they do
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
* A confident, courteous, and professional telephone manner when handling both inbound and outbound calls
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a high-volume environment, responding to queries via phone and email
* Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to think on your feet and resolve issues effectively
* A formal qualification such as a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
* Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or support-focused position
* IT proficiency, particularly experience using SAP or similar business systems
Key Skills
* A proactive approach to work, embracing company values

* Proficiency in Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making
* Willingness to travel for training
Training
* Ongoing training to build confidence in handling customer queries
* Ad-hoc visits to teams in Newry, Northern Ireland, Derby, Liverpool, and Belgium for training
