Project Administrator / Admin Assistants, to work with our Client Saudi Aramco for a 12 month contract role that has an immediate start and a target PAYE rate to worker of circa £20.00 per hour. Leatherhead Ideally Arabic speakers The role will be based on 5 days a week in the Offices in Leatherhead - possibly 4 days office, 1 day remote The role is inside IR35 Job Description Organize meeting rooms and catering Organize seating and furniture requirements as people join/leave the team Write project letters, number, issue and file Organize SharePoint access and access for new starters and visitors Organize taxis etc for visitors Liaise with IT for conference room problems and general IT requirements for project team Get the TV monitor ready for 11am tool box talks and distribute the tool box notes Ensure photocopiers etc are working/replenished by IT Organize business Travel arrangements Maintain project admin lists/ registers on SharePoint- vacation/ IT equipment/ catering/ travel/ letter logs etc SharePoint/Word/Excel and Docusign 40 hours per week. Ideally 5 days a week in office, Friday can work from home on occasion.
