Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position focused on family immigration and family appeal matters. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation to clients navigating complex family and immigration issues. Experience in asylum or employment law will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and represent clients in family immigration and appeal cases.
* Draft and submit family immigration applications and supporting documentation.
* Prepare appeal bundles, statements, and legal submissions.
* Represent clients before tribunals where appropriate.
* Liaise with clients, interpreters, and third parties with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
* Keep up to date with relevant developments in family and immigration law.
Requirements
* Qualified immigration/family solicitor.
* Newly Qualified to 3 years' post-study legal work experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK family immigration law and appeal procedures.
* Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
* Knowledge of asylum or employment law will be an advantage.
* Demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
