Responsibilities
:
- Manage multiple retail fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Lead progress meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Solve challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
- Drive successful handovers and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering retail fit-out projects end-to-end.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
