The Writtle Surgery in Chelmsford are looking for a dedicated and compassionate practice nurse to join our team and help delivery high-quality care to our local community. As a practice nurse you will play a key role in providing safe, effective, and patient-centred case. The main responsibilities of the role include: Proving clinical care, including health checks and patient assessments Administering vaccinations and immunisations Performing wound care, dressings, and assisting with minor procedures as required Supporting chronic disease management and patient education Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NHS protocols Working collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team About the Candidate All applicants should have the following qualifications, registrations, skills and experience: A registered nurse with a current NMC Interest in professional development Clinically confident with a compassionate and professional approach Team plater who values collaboration and high quality patient care About Us The Writtle Surgery is a 3 partner semi-rural dispensing practice of approximately 8,000 patients.
