Your new role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in themercial management of major projects. Responsibilities will include cost planning, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providingmercial expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, whilst maintaining high standards of quality andpliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally at Senior levelBackground in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projectsStrong knowledge of contract forms ( NEC)Excellentmercial acumen and cost management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsDegree-qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineChartered status (MRICS) or working towards (desirable)What you'll get in return
