HR Business Partner Wanted at TLC Facilities Management Join Our Fantastic Team in Stockport We're a leading facilities management company based in Stockport, and due to expansion and growth, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our established HR team. As a key member of the team, you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, develop talent, and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies - Provide expert HR advice and guidance on people issues - Develop and deliver talent management initiatives - Support organisational change and development - Collaborate with HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives - Support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge What We Are Looking For: You'll have extensive experience in ER case management and employment law knowledge on a range of HR issues such as attendance, capability, disciplinary, flexible working, TUPE. You'll be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and implement HR polices and procedures, including the ability to evaluate learning interventions and adapt approaches based on ability and feedback. You'll possess impeccable time management and organisation skills with a strong eye for detail to own your workload and deliver on business KPIs. CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
