As a Deputy Manager you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Whether it's managing a busy service or supporting the training and development of new team members, you'll be a key player in creating memorable moments for both guests and staff alike.

You will support our General Manager in running the show, from keeping the venue profitable to maintaining quality and compliance. You'll use your coaching prowess to develop and inspire our team to deliver jaw-dropping hospitality. And of course, you'll be a living, breathing example of our Company Core Values.
We expect you to be a people person who is guest-focused who can work well under pressure, even when dealing with complaints. Working with and managing the team will be a huge part of your role and you will need to be a team player with a can-do attitude and always ready to react to different situations.
