Location: Oban (Hybrid Role with Travel to the Isles)
Negotiable starting from £40,000 per annum (Permanent Role)
Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week (Hybrid working available)

Deliver high-quality social work services to adults in need across Oban, Lorn & the Isles.
Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care plans.
Promote independence and wellbeing through community-based solutions.
Travel to island communities within the service area (accommodation and travel support provided).
A qualified and registered Social Worker (SSSC).
Experience in adult services or community care settings.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel is an essential part of this role).
