About Intervention Rentals
Intervention Rentals is a leading provider of specialist rental equipment and services to the energy sector, with a strong presence in the UK and international markets including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Tunisia. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wellhead Business Manager to lead the UK and International Offshore Services division, covering the Wellheads, Measurements, and Nemesis business lines.
The Role
As Wellhead Business Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the strategic direction of Intervention Rentals offshore services. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across our service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the offshore services strategy and team
* Oversee operational performance, budgets, and forecasts
* Manage recruitment, training, and development of offshore personnel
* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a safety-first culture
* Maintain strong client engagement and represent the company at trade shows and events
* Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
About You
We’re looking for a confident and capable leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum HNC in a technical subject (degree preferred)
* Proven leadership experience in offshore services, ideally in the North Sea
* Strong knowledge of offshore regulations and customer relations
* Excellent planning, communication, and mentoring skills
