Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operative Location: Langley Industry: Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain Right Now Group are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operators to join a well-established logistics company based in Langley. This is a full-time night shift role. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 19:00 - 05:00 Overtime paid at 1.5x Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks in line with company policies and health & safety standards Load, unload, move, and stack goods and pallets Carry out daily visual safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any faults Accurately complete warehouse documentation and support inventory control procedures Assist with picking, packing, labelling, and general warehouse duties when required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times The Successful Candidate Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and Reach Truck Licence Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Demonstrates strong awareness of health & safety practices Is willing to be trained in screening and compliance procedures Can work independently and as part of a team Has good communication skills and attention to detail Desirable (Not Essential) Ideally has experience with X-ray screening Holds a Class 1 (CE) driving licence Benefits Weekly pay Free on-site parking Long-term role with overtime available How to Apply If you are a reliable and experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operator looking for a night shift role with progression opportunities, apply now and a member of the Right Now Group team will be in touch.
